SO WHAT KIND IS IT?

Can I bring coolers?

Yes, all coolers and picnic bags will be observed at the admission gates. no glass bottles. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Coolers should not exceed 70 QT.

How old do I have to be to attend?

The Biggest Cookout Ever is a 21+ experience. Government issued identification will be checked upon entry.

Is the cookout rain or shine?

ABSOLUTELY! The event will go on rain or shine, EXCEPT in when an emergency weather advisory is issued. RAIN VOUCHERS WILL BE GIVEN IF CANCELED DUE TO RAIN, NOT FULL REFUNDS.

Can I bring my own camera?

No unauthorized professional photography will be allowed. Please email the name of your company along with a link to a recent portfolio to info@TheBAFC.com to obtain the appropriate approval.

There are parking lots designated for this Festival.  Check your email  for our sitemap

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENC BETWEEN A PARTY PASS & LAWN PASS?

The Party Pass and the Lawn Pass grant access to the same areas. The only difference is that the lawn pass includes a souvenir cup. 

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

WE WILL NOT BE SELLING TICKETS AT THE DOOR!! Tickets must be purchased in advance

Can you bring picnic tables,

small tables, fold up tables?

As long as they fold up, small tables are fine to bring.
